PISGAH
Early in the development process came the Pisgah, which was designed looking at every level of interaction in an active adult's life. Situated in 'pocket communities', all the homes we designed for this community have large front porches welcoming inhabitants and visitor both into the home and out into the surrounding neighborhood, encouraging interaction and increasing safety in a way that traditional street-front communities do not. An open floor plan with a first floor master bedroom suite is optimal for the need of the 55+ community. Second floor plan options are designed to meet the varying needs of their community. We design options for additional 2nd floor bedrooms, addition 2nd floor living spaces, and additional storage options.
