This Custom Interior Renovation project transformed a dark existing kitchen that had poor functionality and flow into a gracious and inviting modern kitchen.
Phase One
Phase Two
During Phase 2 of Custom Interior Renovation, the old traditional stair was ripped out and rebuilt to create a more smooth transition between the foyer and the second floor. Phase 2 extends up the stair for a new railing condition overlooking the newly renovated Great Room (coming soon, Phase 3). The centerpiece to Phase 2 is the custom designed and built newel post, built by a master carpenter according to our specifications. A recessed pin light adds an element of rarity to the post design.
